How do I join PIF Community Rewards?

Each participating business runs their own version of PIF Community Rewards with unique personal and donation rewards. You can join multiple community rewards programmes and store the membership cards in your smartphone wallet - each will have the business logo for easy reference. All you need to do is scan the right card!

How do I collect points?

You collect a point every time you visit a business with their version of PIF Community Rewards.

How do I redeem donation rewards?

Once you have enough points, choose from items to donate. This is done on the kiosk. You, the charity and the business receive a notification.

How do I redeem personal rewards?

Once you have enough points, choose from rewards available at the business. Redemption must be done under supervision of a staff member at the kiosk tablet for the reward to be provided. 

What’s the difference between Personal & Donation rewards?

Personal rewards are unique to each participating business you show loyalty to via repeat visits. Donation rewards can also have unique aspects to each participating business that you can choose to donate your visit points

Who pays for donated rewards?

Merchants will be charged for donated rewards dependent on average spend to keep things fair. For example, more visits to a cafe than a restaurant will be required to collect enough points for rewards.

Can I use my points anywhere with PIF Community Rewards?

You must collect and redeem points where you collected them. Each business has their own version of PIF Community Rewards with unique personal and donation rewards, but you can join multiple community rewards programmes and store the membership cards in your smartphone wallet - each will have the business logo for easy reference.

How do I learn more about PIF Community Rewards?

Once you join via any participating business, you will automatically receive a monthly email about the great work you are contributing to by frequenting local independent business!
